André Matos joined Monashees in 2026.

Prior to Monashees, he spent five years in Investment Banking (M&A) at Itaú BBA and Safra, where he focused on advising companies across a range of sectors.

Andre is from Brazil and holds a degree in Business from UFMG and a Law degree from PUC Minas.
