Gustavo Silvano joined Monashees in 2016 and currently serves as Head of Finance. ⁠ ⁠In this role, he is in charge of the finance team, taking care of all the fund management activities, financial reporting, and handling day-to-day finance and management tasks.

Gustavo is also part of the Investor Relations team, dedicating time to our Limited Partners. ⁠ ⁠Before Monashees, Gustavo had experience in large corporations in Brazil. He worked at Alcatel-Lucent and GPA in finance departments.

Gustavo is from São Paulo, Brazil. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Anhembi Morumbi and holds a postgraduate degree in Finance Management from Insper.
