Jan Kishi Diniz

Jan Kishi Diniz joined monashees in October 2025 to lead and expand the firm’s platform initiatives. He works at the intersection of knowledge, community, and business development, helping founders access insights, talent, strategic partners, and commercial opportunities across the portfolio.

⁠Previously, Jan co-founded and led product at different companies in Brazil (Eureca, MIT Sloan Review Brasil, 08 software house) and later spent two years in Tel Aviv leading the B2C Mobile Product at a leading startup backed by NfX and Zeev Ventures. He has been a visiting professor of Emerging Technologies at Fundação Dom Cabral since 2014 and founding curator of the São Paulo II hub of Global Shapers (World Economic Forum initiave for young leaders).
