⁠He works closely with companies like 180 Seguros, Loopi, NG Cash, Pomelo, and Nova, among others, offering specialized support to other companies within his fields of expertise. ⁠

⁠Before Monashees, Marcelo worked in investment banking and fintech at Bradesco BBI and Stone.

⁠Originally from São Paulo, he holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering with honors from Escola Politécnica – USP.
