Marianne Lucilio joined Monashees in 2022. She currently leads Talent Acquisition functions. ⁠ ⁠In Talent Acquisition, she advises and supports portfolio companies to attract and recruit top-tier talent.

Prior to Monashees, she worked at QuintoAndar and IBM leading Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and early career programs for LATAM. ⁠ Marianne is from São Paulo, Brazil. ⁠She has an MBA in Strategic Human Capital Management and specializations in Corporate Social Responsibility by FGV São Paulo and People Analytics by Cambridge University.
