Rafaela Grossi joined Monashees in 2026 and is part of the  legal team. She advises the Monashees team on investments, corporate governance, and a broad range of corporate matters involving portfolio companies.

Before joining Monashees, Rafaela worked for over seven years in corporate law, specializing in M&A and venture capital transactions. She gained experience at Stone and Brazilian law firms, where she advised companies as well as venture capital and private equity funds on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

Rafaela is from São Paulo, Brazil. She attended law school at Mackenzie Presbyterian University and holds an LL.M. from Insper.
